The whole park
is 64 acres in size;
the whole property, which
in a wide semicircle from
the large .... forest
is about 3000 acres in size; almost
without exception pure sandy soil.
Out of this sandy clod
or from this sandy plateau,
which begins at the "Kuhburg"
and stretches for almost
half a mile along the Phaus⸗
berger Wege, Gentz has created
a park, a farm, a nursery,
and above all a large
school, above all large
hardwood plantations (oaks, beeches, acacias
acacias, elms, maples,
birches etc). Everything
